Company Description:
We are building DormCircle to solve a massive, invisible problem: the "Care Layer" in residential schools. While classrooms have gone digital, the 16 hours students spend in hostels are still managed via manual paper logs, costing staff 30+ hours of productivity every month.
After being featured in EdTechReview India, we are moving into institutional pilots and need a technical powerhouse to join the founding team.
The Mission:
- Owner of the Stack: You will manage our React 19 frontend and FastAPI (Python 3.11) backend.
- Security & Production: Lead the transition from demo-mode to production-grade security, implementing JWT tokens and bcrypt hashing.
- Infrastructure: Manage our DigitalOcean VPS, Kubernetes containers, and MongoDB (Motor) architecture.
- Web Presence: Maintain our core HTML landing page and integrate with tools like Formspree.io for lead generation.
The Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React 19, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/UI (Radix UI).
- Backend: Python 3.11, FastAPI (Async), MongoDB.
- Deployment: DigitalOcean, Kubernetes, Supervisor, Craco.
