About Corporate Cruise
Corporate Cruise is building a subscription-based shared cab platform for office commuters in Delhi-NCR.
Daily office travel is broken: cab prices are unpredictable, cancellations are common, metro travel is inconvenient for many routes, and companies usually solve employee transport only through B2B vendors. We are building a B2C-first commute platform where working professionals can get fixed-route, fixed-price, safer, and more reliable shared cab subscriptions.
Our product is already live on web, and we are now improving the core platform across user onboarding, route matching, admin operations, driver onboarding, payments, live tracking, and future mobile app development.
Role: Founding Full Stack Engineer
We are looking for early founding engineers who want to build directly with the CTO in a real startup environment.
This is not a normal corporate job. We are currently bootstrapped and early-stage. Before we work together, we will first align clearly on the company vision, current stage, role expectations, compensation limitations, and future growth path.

What You Will Work On
- Passenger onboarding and dashboard flows
- Admin operations dashboard
- Driver onboarding and verification system
- Route matching and commute planning workflows
- Payments, subscriptions, and billing flows
- Live tracking and real-time ride status systems
- Backend APIs, database models, authentication, and integrations
- Performance, reliability, security, and production debugging
- Future mobile app development after the web platform is stable
Tech Stack
Current stack includes:
- React.js / Next.js
- Node.js / Express.js
- MongoDB
- REST APIs
- Authentication and role-based access
- Payment gateway integrations
- Google Maps / routing APIs
- Real-time/location-based systems
- Cloud deployment and CI/CD
Experience with all technologies is not mandatory, but you must be able to learn fast and build production-level systems.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has built real-world projects, not only tutorial projects
- Can debug actual production problems
- Can work with ownership and limited hand-holding
- Understands APIs, databases, frontend, and backend workflows
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage startup
- Can use AI tools effectively to build faster, but still understands the code
- Is serious about long-term startup building, not just adding an internship to a resume
- Can communicate clearly and honestly
Important Transparency
Corporate Cruise is currently bootstrapped.
Most of our current budget is going into product, operations, marketing, and customer acquisition. Because of that, we cannot make fake promises about immediate fixed salary.
This role is best suited for someone who is open to joining at an early stage, building with us closely, and becoming part of the core team as the company grows, revenue improves, or funding comes in.
We will discuss the structure clearly before moving forward.
