Manu is looking to hire a highly capable finance professional to work closely with the Founder and help build the financial backbone of the company from the ground up.
This is not a conventional accounting role. It is an early, high-trust position for someone who can bring financial discipline, analytical rigor, and sound commercial judgment to a growing business.
The role will involve close engagement with the Founder across a broad range of financial responsibilities, including financial operations, budgeting, costing, pricing analysis, cash flow tracking, financial reporting, and decision support. Over time, the right person will take on increasing ownership and play a central role in shaping the company’s financial systems and long-term financial direction.
We are looking for someone who combines strong numerical ability with maturity, discretion, and clarity of thought. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with detail, but equally capable of understanding the larger business context behind the numbers.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Supporting financial operations and accounting discipline
- Building budgets, trackers, and internal reporting formats
- Working on costing and pricing analysis across products and projects
- Monitoring cash flow, expenses, margins, and financial trends
- Assisting in the creation of structured financial reviews and decision-making frameworks
- Working directly with the Founder on financially significant business decisions

Preferred background:
- Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 0–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability
- Comfort with financial statements, budgeting, costing, and analysis
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as Tally or Zoho Books is welcome
Compensation:
- Fixed compensation of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month depending on experience, education and skill
