🚀 Founding Engineer / Technical Co-Founder (0 → 1) — Deserta Lab
Deserta Lab is an early-stage startup building in India’s workforce ecosystem.
We are focused on a very specific problem:
Millions of workers operate in fragmented, unstructured systems where decision-making, trust, and outcomes are inconsistent.
We’re building a system that improves how work is discovered, evaluated, and executed — using data, simple workflows, and intelligent systems.

I’m looking for someone who wants to build a company.
What you’ll do:
• Build the product from scratch (0 → 1)
• Ship a working MVP in weeks, not months
• Design simple, scalable backend systems
• Work directly on problem, product, and users

• You can build end-to-end (backend + basic frontend)
• You’ve built real projects (not just tutorials)
• You move fast and don’t wait for instructions
• You have an ownership mindset
