Role Description
This is a remote, India-based internship opportunity for a Founding Engineer Intern (Full Stack Developer). This role is open only to graduates (current students are not eligible). As part of the screening process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an assessment. If you are unable or unwilling to submit the assessment, please do not apply.
You’ll work closely with the core team to help build the first version of our product. We’re looking for someone who is excited by early-stage ownership, someone who can take responsibility, move fast, and contribute meaningfully to decisions and execution as we build an MVP.
The intern will assist with software development tasks, including back-end and front-end web development, programming, and object-oriented programming, with a focus on integrating AI/ML solutions. Responsibilities will include supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of software functionality, collaborating on innovative projects, and contributing to the technical foundation of the company’s offerings.

- Ability to take end-to-end responsibility for tasks with minimal handholding

Qualifications
- Fresher or 8th sem B.E/B. Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Proficiency in back-end, front-end web development, and related technologies
- Experience with software development and programming practices
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) and its application
- Interest or experience in AI/ML
- Experience with Vertex AI
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude
Assessment-Based Screening
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a structured assessment (Python, AI/ML, and basic platform-related questions). Please apply only if you’re comfortable participating in this process.
Compensation & Growth Path
- Paid internship for 3 months (stipend) starting INR 12,000
- Our first milestone is to ship a usable MVP with strong engineering foundations.
- After 3 months, based on performance, ownership, and contribution to the MVP, we will decide the next steps (compensation revision, extended role, and/or a full-time path).
