About The Role
As a Founding Engineer(Full-Stack), you will play a critical role in shaping our core product experience end-to-end - from designing backend system architectures to building intuitive user interfaces that solve real customer problems.
You’ll collaborate directly with product and leadership, influence technical strategy, and operate with full ownership in a high-velocity environment.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional full-stack or frontend-heavy engineering experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Django, PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in React.js or similar modern frontend frameworks
- Experience designing scalable systems in production environments
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- A passion for high-growth startups and continuous learning
What you’ll do:
- System Architecture: Could do end to end product thinking to produce ideal backend and frontend architecture. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into code, producing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Create strategic plans to achieve the long-term vision while delivering shorter-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their pain points and translate that to the right product feature set/priorities Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience
- Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to problem-solving, starting from the ground up. Challenge existing solutions and propose novel approaches free from bias
