WorkbuddyHR is an early-stage HRTech startup building a modern HRMS platform focused on automation, insights, and simplicity.
We’re bringing together a high-ownership founding team to build and scale the product from 0 → 1.
🎯 What This Role Is About
This is not a typical job.
You’ll be one of the first engineers working directly with the founder to build the product from 0 → 1.
If you’re looking for structured tasks and fixed roles, this is NOT for you.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
• Build and ship core product features end-to-end
• Work across frontend and backend
• Take ownership of technical decisions and architecture
• Collaborate on product thinking (not just execution)
• Move fast, experiment, and iterate

🔍 What We’re Looking For
• Strong full-stack development skills
• Ability to work independently without hand-holding
• Builder mindset > resume
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work
• Interest in startups / early-stage environments

💰 Compensation
• Equity-based role as part of the founding team
• Significant ownership with long-term upside
• Structured vesting (4 years with 1-year cliff)
• Future salary once funding/revenue is in place
