Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Founding Engineer role located in Indore. The Founding Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling the company's core AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include developing backend and frontend applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly systems. Additionally, the engineer will help shape technical roadmaps and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in backend development with expertise in languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Frontend development skills, including experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, and model deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Previous startup experience or the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
