Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong foundation in software engineering, algorithmic problem-solving, and advanced data structures. You should have hands-on experience developing web applications using modern technologies, with a deep understanding of React, Node.js, serverless runtimes, and edge databases. Experience in AI/ML engineering and building scalable ML solutions is highly desirable. You must be a self-starter with a "startup mindset"—someone who can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and modern web technologies.
- Build scalable AI/ML-driven solutions and integrate them into web applications.
- Work with edge databases and serverless runtimes to optimize performance.
- Utilize React Server Components and Server Actions for improved rendering and interactivity.
- Develop and optimize APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Research and develop agentic AI workflows, integrating them into our automation solutions.
- Work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment, prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality solutions on tight deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with founding team building the product from scratch.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering (and/or Master in Computer Science).
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern front-end/back-end technologies.
- Experience working with serverless runtimes, edge databases, and cloud services.
- Understanding of agentic AI and AI-powered workflows.
- Strong experience with AI/ML engineering, including model parameters, tuning, and deployment.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, or Zustand).
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase, Supabase, or similar).
- Experience building test automation and automated testing foundation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices.
- Strong debugging and optimization skills for web applications.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a "get it done" attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of vector databases and AI-driven search engines.
- Prior experience in building AI-powered SaaS platforms.
- Experience with WebSockets or real-time applications.
- Passion for automation, AI-driven workflows, and intelligent process optimization.
