Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founding Engineer specializing in AI & ML based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with flexibility for remote work. The role includes designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and systems to solve complex business and governance challenges. Key responsibilities include researching emerging AI/ML technologies, building scalable machine learning models and frameworks, optimizing algorithms, deploying AI solutions, and collaborating across teams to ensure technological advancements align with organizational goals. You will play a critical role in driving experimentation, innovation, and implementation of intelligent systems and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for algorithm development and data analysis.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Expertise in data pre-processing, data engineering, and big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to develop and enhance intelligent solutions.
- Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required; a PhD is a plus.
- Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is an advantage.
