🛠️ What you’ll do
Work closely with the founding team to design and build core backend systems from scratch
Own and ship product features end-to-end using Node.js
Design scalable APIs, data models, and backend architecture
Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code
Improve performance, reliability, data security, and developer experience
Help define engineering best practices, processes, and culture from day one

🙌 You might be a great fit if you:
Have 3+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong hands-on Node.js skills
Have built and shipped production systems at startups or fast-moving teams
Care deeply about code quality, system design, and product impact
Are comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership
Enjoy solving problems end-to-end and iterating continuously
⚡ Bonus points if you:
Have experience with AWS/GCP, databases (Postgres/MySQL), or queues
Enjoy designing clean APIs and scalable backend systems
Have side projects, open-source contributions, or startup experience
Think like an owner and enjoy building things from zero to one
