Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Founding Engineer to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge DTaaS platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. You will play a key role in designing and implementing core software components, collaborating with product teams to develop scalable solutions, and integrating AI, IoT, and simulation technologies into the platform. Additionally, you will participate in product roadmap planning, contribute to architectural decisions, and align technology with the needs of enterprise clients for innovative industrial intelligence solutions.
Qualifications
- Programming and Development: Expertise in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with backend services, APIs, and scalable architecture is essential.
- AI and Data: Proficient in Machine Learning, AI-driven analytics, and working with real-time data. Familiarity with processing IoT data, simulation models, and implementing causal intelligence algorithms is a strong advantage.
- Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, complex system design, and developing resilient, fault-tolerant software solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and make high-impact decisions.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital twins, industrial IoT, or enterprise software is a plus. Familiarity with use cases in manufacturing, infrastructure, or ESG risk analysis will be advantageous. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
