About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Product Marketing & Sales EIR to scale revenue for Unify by GTM, an AI-powered GTM & sales automation platform focused on helping startups accelerate pipeline and conversions.
The EIR will work directly with founders & team to build positioning, outbound strategy, partnerships, sales systems, and revenue growth.
Key Objective
Scale monthly recurring revenue from $2,000/month to $10,000/month within 3–4 months.
Successful achievement of growth milestones during the EIR tenure will lead to induction as Founding CRO.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end SaaS revenue growth and GTM execution
Build product positioning, messaging, and sales narratives
Create outbound, inbound, and partnership-led growth channels
Optimize funnels, demos, onboarding, and conversion metrics
Work closely with founders on pricing, retention, and expansion strategy
Build scalable sales playbooks and automation workflows
Manage enterprise/client relationships and closures
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing & SaaS Sales
Strong experience in Martech, Sales Automation, or GTM SaaS products
Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS revenue
Experience in founder-led sales, outbound systems, and pipeline management
Strong communication, positioning, and deal-closing capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with execution-first approach
Compensation During EIR Tenure
INR 60,000 fixed monthly stipend
5% revenue share
Post Successful EIR Conversion → Founding CRO
Upon achieving agreed growth milestones and successful completion of the EIR program:
5% Equity in the company
INR 3,00,000 fixed monthly salary
5% quarterly revenue share
