About Parampara
Parampara is a curated heritage-wear experience bringing homegrown fashion labels under one roof. We begin with exhibitions - designed for non-metro families who want better access to original Indian fashion labels.
Our first edition starts in Bareilly, bringing together labels across bridalwear, festivewear, sarees, and groomwear. The format is built to expand into nearby markets like Moradabad, Agra, Meerut and other high-potential towns.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a hands-on freelancer / small freelance team to manage Parampara’s social media, content and basic performance marketing. We need someone who can execute fast, create tasteful content, and take ownership of tasks.
Scope of work
- Create a simple monthly Instagram content plan
- Design posts, carousels, stories and basic campaign creatives
- Write captions, hooks and reel scripts
- Field visit Bareilly to capture local city content
- Edit reels and short-form videos
- Support Meta ads for awareness, RSVP leads and enquiries
- Identify and coordinate with relevant local influencers, creators, stylists, MUAs, photographers and wedding vendors for collaborations
- Ensure all content follows Parampara’s brand guidelines
Ideal fit
Someone who:
- Has good taste and a strong visual sense
- Understands Indian fashion, weddings and culture
- Can shoot decent phone footage
- Can design on Canva / Figma / Photoshop
- Can edit reels on CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro
- Has basic Meta ads experience
- Is responsive, organised and execution-focused
