🚀 We're Hiring: Founding Video Content Creator (Remote)
Location: Remote (India)
Employment Type: Part-time / Internship
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Content Target: 2 short-form videos per day
Compensation: Paid trial period with performance-based increments. Exceptional performers will receive higher compensation and have the opportunity to grow into a long-term content role as the company scales.

We're building tools that genuinely help people get hired—not just another AI product. Now we're looking for our first content creator to help us tell that story through engaging short-form videos.

The Role
We're looking for a creative and self-driven video content creator who can consistently produce engaging short-form content for our social media channels.
You don't need years of experience—we care far more about your creativity, storytelling, and editing skills than your résumé.
This is an opportunity to become one of the earliest members of our marketing team and play a key role in shaping TailorCV's online presence.
What You'll Do
- Create and edit 2 high-quality short-form videos every working day for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
- Turn ideas, trends, and product features into engaging videos that educate, entertain, or inspire job seekers.
- Write simple hooks and on-screen text that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Use editing techniques such as captions, transitions, animations, sound effects, and pacing to improve viewer retention.
- Research trending content in careers, job searching, AI, productivity, and education.
- Continuously improve future content based on feedback and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, VN, or similar tools.
- Good storytelling and creative thinking.
- Ability to consistently meet daily deadlines.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- A willingness to experiment with new content formats.
- Good written English.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating educational or career-related content.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or CapCut AI.
- Experience growing a personal or brand social media account.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
