About Masoi
Masoi is a D2C spice brand rooted in a mother’s warmth, handmade authenticity, and regional flavors. We are building a hyperlocal cooking and lifestyle community inside a 1600-home residential society in Mumbai. This initiative is our pilot model before scaling city-wide.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, socially confident intern based in Mumbai to build and lead a women-focused cooking and lifestyle community within a residential society.
This role combines:
- Community building
- Event planning and execution
- WhatsApp engagement management
- Community-led sales growth support
You will work directly with the core team and lead this initiative end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building
- Acquire and onboard the first 100+ members within the society
- Manage and grow the WhatsApp community
- Design a weekly engagement calendar
- Create polls, discussion threads, and recipe conversations
Event Execution
- Plan and execute 1–2 community events per month
- Coordinate free tasting tables
- Manage logistics for workshops or competitions
- Drive member participation and attendance
Community-Led Growth
- Promote member-exclusive product offers
- Track sales generated from community engagement
- Encourage repeat purchases
- Collect testimonials and user-generated content
Feedback & Insights
- Understand member preferences
- Identify product demand trends
- Suggest new product kits or offers
- Share weekly performance and engagement reports
Performance Goals (First 90 Days)
- 100+ active community members
- 25–30% member-to-buyer conversion
- 1–2 offline events per month
- 20–25% repeat purchase rate
- Measurable contribution to community-driven sales growth
Compensation
- ₹3,500 per month fixed stipend
- 5% incentive on revenue generated from community members
(High performers may transition into long-term growth roles.)
Who Should Apply?
- Based in Mumbai
- Available for 30–35 hours per week
- Fluent in Hindi and English (basic Marathi preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills
- Experience hosting or managing college or social events
- Comfortable leading group activities and initiating conversations
- Interested in entrepreneurship, community building, or D2C brands
