Responsibilities:
You will shape how your city experiences Arranged Dating. You will:
- Build a community that values intention over impulse
- Create spaces online and offline where dating feels thoughtful, not performative
- Host conversations that bring nuance back into modern love
- Bring together people who are serious about how they show up in relationships
- Drive high-quality signups rooted in belief, not hype
- Protect the tone and philosophy of HumansHere locally
- Translate cultural signals from your city back to the founding team
You are influencing how people date. You're influencing how your city dates. You will be accountable for:
- The quality of growth in your city
- The emotional depth of the community
- The way HumansHere is perceived culturally
- The energy and integrity of every activation
This is high agency. High ownership. High trust.

Qualifications:
This is less about degrees. You are:
- The one who opens the real conversation at the dinner table
- Naturally curious about love, relationships, and human behavior
- Obsessed with art, poetry, music, culture, and how people think
- Deeply interested in how India is evolving socially
- Active on Instagram and actually understand digital culture
- Comfortable on camera and confident using your voice
- Socially aware, emotionally intelligent, and culturally sharp
- Someone who feels different in a grounded, thoughtful way
