Hiring – Founding Chief Growth Officer (CGO) | Equity-Based Leadership Role
Flestra Labs is looking for a highly experienced healthcare business leader to join our founding team as Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
We are building an AI-powered physiotherapy and movement intelligence platform focused on rehabilitation, recovery, posture, biomechanics, and fitness technology — with global scalability at the core.
This is a founding leadership opportunity for someone who understands how to scale healthcare businesses, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth in the HealthTech ecosystem.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Held senior leadership/business growth roles in:
- Large hospitals
- Healthcare groups
- Rehabilitation or physiotherapy chains
- HealthTech companies
- Previously helped scale a healthcare or HealthTech startup
- Strong network with:
- Hospitals and healthcare decision makers
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation ecosystems
- HealthTech investors, VCs, and angel networks
- Strategic healthcare partners in India and globally
- Experience in:
- Strategic partnerships
- Enterprise healthcare growth
- Fundraising support
- Business expansion
- Investor relations
Role Responsibilities
- Lead growth strategy and market expansion
- Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, and enterprise healthcare organizations
- Support fundraising and investor outreach
- Drive strategic collaborations and ecosystem growth
- Work directly with the founder on scaling Flestra in India and globally
- Help position Flestra as a category-defining AI HealthTech company
Compensation
This is currently a founding equity-based role.
- No fixed salary initially
- Equity allocation will be determined after the company’s first funding round and based on performance/contribution
- Long-term 5-year vesting structure
- Opportunity to become a core stakeholder in a global AI HealthTech company
