Role Overview
We are looking for a Founding CFO / Financial Strategy Partner to lead our financial strategy, fundraising efforts, and capital planning.
This is a founding-level role, ideal for someone who wants to build a company from the ground up and is open to equity-based compensation with long-term upside
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts (angel investors, VCs, banks, NBFCs)
- Prepare and present investment decks & financial projections
- Identify working capital opportunities and funding channels
- Build and manage financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Optimize cash flow and cost structure
- Support business model restructuring and scalability planning
- Guide financial compliance relevant to LLP structure
- Act as a core strategic decision-maker
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in startup finance / fundraising / investor pitching
- Strong skills in financial modeling & capital strategy
- Existing network with investors or financial institutions (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in an early-stage environment
