About Us & The Vision
We are a pre-seed startup want to work in the health tech sector, currently developing the MVP. I am seeking a Business Co-Founder to start the funding and operation process of the company from the ground up.
Who You Are
You are an ambitious "Operator" who thrives in chaos and enjoys the challenge of building from zero to one. You are not looking for a "job"—you are looking to build an empire. You are a generalist who can think strategically but is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the unglamorous work required in the early days.
The Role & Your Mission
Your primary mission is to manage the "business side" of the startup so the product can thrive. Your responsibilities will fall into four key pillars:
1. Strategic Operations & Execution (Day One to Growth)
- The Blueprint: Build the initial operational framework. This includes setting up CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), communication channels (Slack/Notion), and hiring pipelines.
- Go-To-Market (GTM): Define and execute our early sales strategy. You will be responsible for the first 10–50 customer acquisitions (B2B sales, partnerships, or B2C growth hacking).
- The Engine: Own the execution of sales and ongoing customer operations. You are responsible for ensuring the machine works seamlessly.
2. Legal, Financial & Corporate Setup
- Incorporation: You will lead the legal process to incorporate the entity, handle post-incorporation setup, and manage the cap table.
- Compliance: Navigate early legal requirements, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA/local laws), and intellectual property protection (IP assignments).
- Finance: Manage basic bookkeeping, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
3. Fundraising & Investor Relations
- The Pitch: Develop the pitch deck, financial model, and fundraising narrative.
- The Hunt: Build an investor pipeline, manage meetings, and lead the charge in securing pre-seed/seed funding.
- The Deal: Assist in negotiating term sheets and closing financing rounds.
4. Platform & Ecosystem Management
- The Presence: Handle all early platform registrations (Stripe, AWS/Azure credits, government portals, startup accelerators).
- Network: Actively represent the company in startup ecosystems, pitch competitions, and networking events.
Ideal Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment, consulting, investment banking, or as a former founder.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with high resilience. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and have a "no task is too small" attitude.
- Skill Mix: A rare combination of high-stakes negotiating skills (fundraising/legal) and execution discipline (sales/operations).
- Details Matter: Since you are handling legal and fundraising, you must have meticulous attention to detail.
