Backed by the execution expertise of Marketing Gorillass, CreatorChowk focuses on helping brands build influence, shape conversations, and drive measurable growth.
We're looking for our first business leader to help build CreatorChowk from the ground up.
This isn't a typical job. We're looking for someone who wants to build a company.
Your Mission
You'll work directly with the founders to build CreatorChowk into one of India's leading social media marketing agencies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the business growth of CreatorChowk
- Build and manage the initial team
- Create sales systems, SOPs, and scalable processes
- Work with founders to develop agency decks, proposals, and sales materials
- Pitch brands and onboard new clients
- Build long-term client relationships
- Drive monthly revenue growth
- Help shape the company's vision and strategy
Campaign execution will be handled by our experienced team at Marketing Gorillass, allowing you to focus on client acquisition, business growth, and account management.
Who Should Apply?
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Agency Sales, Marketing, or Growth
- Has experience pitching brands and closing deals
- Can build and lead a high-performing team
- Is confident communicating with decision-makers
- Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems
- Thinks like a founder, not just an employee
- Wants to build something meaningful over the long term
Bonus If You Have
- Experience at a Marketing or Advertising Agency
- Influencer Marketing experience
- Reddit Marketing, Twitter (X), or ORM experience
- B2B Sales or Brand Partnerships experience
- Experience creating agency decks and sales presentations
- Experience managing teams and building processes
- Startup or founding team experience
