Jetty AI is building applied AI systems for enterprises.

We help companies deploy internal copilots, workflow automation, and private agent infrastructure inside their own environments. Our projects typically start at $15K per month and scale from there.

We are hiring a founding Business Development Lead in India to help build our enterprise pipeline.

This is not a traditional sales role.

This is a builder role.


Compensation structure

Base salary: ₹12 LPA

Bonus: up to 100% of base tied to closed deals

Commission on enterprise contracts

Partner track for top performers

Important:

Base salary begins after first qualified client engagement is secured

We are intentionally structuring this role for operators who want upside, ownership, and responsibility — not trial employment cycles.


What you will do

Build outbound pipelines targeting enterprise AI buyers

Identify companies exploring copilots, automation, internal AI platforms, or agent workflows

Run founder-level outreach across LinkedIn, email, and warm networks

Open conversations with CTOs, Heads of AI, and CEOs

Qualify opportunities and move them toward discovery calls

Help shape positioning and messaging with the Jetty AI leadership team

Contribute to pricing conversations and deal strategy

Help design our GTM motion as we scale
