We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer to independently build and scale Logikality’s AI-native mortgage platform.
The role requires strong hands-on engineering ownership across AI workflows, backend architecture, document intelligence, data extraction, validation engines, APIs, and production-grade platform development.
This is a high-ownership founding role for someone who can convert business requirements into working products with speed, judgment, and minimal supervision.
Key Skills:
- Strong backend or full-stack development experience
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications
- Python, APIs, databases, and cloud deployment
- OCR, document processing, data extraction, or workflow automation
- Ability to design scalable and secure product architecture
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership mindset
