At this stage, we want to ensure you're comfortable with our application process and the next steps. Just sit back, relax and make some career magic happen. Step one Finding a job By now, you probably know that Foundever is a global customer experience leader, present in 45 countries (News to you? Learn more about Foundever here). Since that's a lot of places, we recommend you start with the following: Select your country from our "Find a job page" Browse the open positions in your location, including on-site and remote jobs Use filters to narrow down your search: keyword, job title, location or department Power tip: Type 1 or 2 simple words in the search bar (e.g. customer service, IT, management, French, etc.) to find what you want Step two Applying for a job Let's consider that you've found a position you like, or love. You've read the job description and you feel Foundever's culture and values align with yours. Great! Now, based on the job you selected, you will either see an 'Apply now' or a 'Take the assessment' button. Let's break down the next steps for each. If you click on the 'Apply now' button: Fill out the form with the requested information, including your resume if required. Read and accept the data privacy statement. Submit your application and that's it! Start your online skills assessment (you'll receive an email invitation from @harver.com or @makipeople.com) A recruiter will contact you very soon by phone, email or text message to schedule your interview If you click on the 'Take the assessment' button: It will open a new tab on an external platform, with an URL that starts with my.harver.com On this new page, you'll be asked to enter your email address You will receive in your inbox a link to start your online assessment. Your results will help us find the best role for you After completing your assessment, consider your application completed. A recruiter will contact you in the next few days by phone, email or text message to schedule your interview Step three Managing your candidate profile If you've started an application or subscribed for job notifications, it means you now have a candidate profile on jobs.foundever.com. It comes with great power! This is what you can do: Easily update your profile Set up job alerts Easily apply for jobs Don't forget to check your inbox for job alerts! We'll recommend new jobs for you. Step four Get ready to ace your interview Go where you want to grow
