We are a dynamic team of young engineers, domain experts, and seasoned sales professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for complex challenges in Signal Processing. Our expertise spans the cutting-edge technologies in Signal Processing, addressing critical needs in the Defence and Aerospace sectors. Our offerings encompass a wide range of solutions, from tactical radios and radar systems to extensive research and mission-critical applications.
About the role
Act as the CTO’s execution backbone by translating technical vision into predictable, high-quality delivery while fostering a culture of ownership, rigor, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
Maintain CRM and execution dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and provide leadership with clear visibility into leads, progress, risks, blockers, and key decisions.
- Documentation, Compliance & Review Readiness:
Manage commercial and technical documentation including proposals, tenders, and review materials, ensuring version control, compliance, and high standards of preparedness.
- Stakeholder Communication & Alignment (Internal & External):
Act as the coordination bridge between internal cross-functional teams and external client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, smooth handoffs, and aligned priorities.
- Marketing Support & Events Coordination:
Support events and marketing activities, create collateral, and manage pre- and post-event lead follow-ups through CRM.
- Execution & Delivery Management:
Translate technical roadmaps into actionable plans, run execution reviews, and track risks, issues, and decisions to ensure timely delivery.
- Process & Tools Enablement:
Implement lightweight tools and templates to improve execution maturity without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Culture & Team Effectiveness:
Promote ownership, accountability, and healthy ways of working while reducing friction and burnout through clarity and predictability.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (6-12 MONTHS)
- Predictable delivery with early visibility into risks and blockers.
- Engineering teams focus more on building and less on coordination firefighting; reviews run smoothly and confidently.
- CTO stays focused on strategy and architecture while execution and culture operate seamlessly underneath.
Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or Operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Candidates with technical backgrounds (EEE, ECE, Mechanical, Computer Science) and interest in BD are also suitable for defence-sector requirements.
- 2–4 years of experience in any one of these - Business Development, Sales Operations, Proposal Management, or CRM roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Office—especially Excel (MIS reporting), PowerPoint (presentations), and Word (documentation).
- Ability to work with tender portals, defence procurement portals, GeM, and vendor registration portals
- Understanding of BD metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Calm, structured, and decisive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
- Engineering degree is preferred
