The Mission
We are looking for a high-bandwidth operator to serve as the "Special Forces" for the Founders. Your goal is to take high-level strategic intent and turn it into functional, scalable reality. You aren't just here to suggest what to do; you are here to build the machinery that does it.
What You Will Own
1. Systems Engineering & Operational Scale
- Infrastructure Design: Move beyond "manual fixes" by building scalable frameworks for GTM, product feedback loops, and internal operations.
- Process Automation: Identify repetitive bottlenecks across the organization and implement tooling or workflows to eliminate them.
- Playbook Creation: Document and institutionalize "The [Company] Way" for sales, hiring, and product launches to ensure the company can repeat successes without founder intervention.
2. Rapid Execution & Prototyping
- Zero-to-One Builds: Take complete ownership of "messy" new initiatives—from launching a new sales channel to standing up a customer success engine—and run them until they are stable enough to be handed off.
- Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between vision and ship-date. Work alongside engineering to ensure sprints are aligned with high-priority business levers and unblock QA/rollout hurdles personally.
- Sprint Management: Drive cross-functional execution on board-level projects, ensuring speed doesn't come at the cost of quality.
3. GTM & Growth Mechanics
- Funnel Optimization: Run aggressive experiments across the user lifecycle (acquisition to retention), treating the growth funnel as a system to be tuned.
- Revenue Operations: Build and track the "Command Center"—the dashboards and metrics that provide the ground truth for GTM performance.
- Sales Enablement: Create the literal tools (decks, scripts, CRM workflows) that allow the sales team to execute at 10x their current capacity.
4. Founder Leverage & Strategic Force
- Decision Support: Turn unstructured problems into structured data. Use first-principles thinking to provide the "Executive Summary" that drives 10-figure decisions.
- Closing the Loop: Ensure that every meeting, board update, or strategy session results in immediate, tracked action items.
Who You Are
- The Builder (2–6 Years Exp): You have a background in Engineering, Product, or high-growth Ops where you didn't just "consult"- you shipped.
- Systems Thinker: You hate doing the same thing twice. You naturally think in terms of scale, automation, and long-term stability.
- Extreme Ownership: You are comfortable being dropped into a "fire" with no instructions and coming out with a fire suppression system.
- Technical Fluency: You can speak the language of engineers and the language of customers with equal ease.
- Bias for Action: You prefer a "rough version 1" today over a "perfect version 5" next month.
