Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Founders Office team member. As part of the Founders Office, you will work closely with the leadership team on high-impact strategic initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing cross-functional projects, conducting market research, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and preparing presentations and reports. You will act as a key point of communication between stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and execution across teams.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Proficiency in research, problem-solving, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing, presentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in finance, technology, or startups is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
