Role Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive and well-connected individual to work closely with the Founder and drive strategic outreach, partnerships, and networking initiatives. This role requires someone who can build meaningful relationships, open doors to new opportunities, and represent the company in professional ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Outreach
- Identify and connect with potential partners, clients, collaborators, and industry leaders.
- Build and maintain a strong network across startups, corporates, agencies, and digital ecosystems.
- Initiate conversations that can lead to partnerships, collaborations, or business opportunities.
2. Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Follow up on conversations and nurture long-term professional relationships.
- Represent the Founder’s office in meetings, calls, and networking platforms.
3. Partnership Development
- Explore strategic alliances with companies, platforms, communities, and industry bodies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to convert networking opportunities into tangible partnerships.
4. Event & Community Networking
- Identify relevant industry events, forums, and communities where the brand should be present.
- Facilitate introductions, speaking opportunities, and collaborations.
5. Founder Support
- Assist the Founder in expanding strategic connections.
- Manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.
- Prepare briefing notes, contact databases, and follow-up trackers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior professionals and founders
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proactive, resourceful, and well-organized
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking tools
- Prior experience in partnerships, business development, community building, or founder’s office roles is a plus
