Role Description
The Founders Office - Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will work closely with the founders to execute and drive marketing strategies, manage brand initiatives, and support business growth. Responsibilities include creating content for campaigns, handling market research and consumer insights, managing digital marketing initiatives and analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine the marketing approach. This is a dynamic role that provides exposure to multiple facets of marketing and business strategy, with significant room for innovation and impact.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, and Campaign Execution
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and Content Creation
- Strong skills in Market Research and Consumer Insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, design, and product development
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivation with a problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail
- Experience in a startup environment or high-growth company is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, with relevant work experience
