Founder’s Office Junior Manager

Reporting To: Leadership Team / CFO / Founder’s Office
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly execution-oriented Founder’s Office Associate who can work across HR, finance operations, reporting, admin coordination, and business execution.
This is not a traditional HR or finance role. The position requires strong analytical ability, operational understanding, structured reporting capability, and ownership across people, finance, and operational processes.

- Revenue and operational reviews
- Customer financing & subsidy coordination
- Cost optimization & utilization tracking
- SOPs, compliance & admin coordination
- Cross-functional Founder’s Office execution
The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, process-driven, and capable of independently driving execution across teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Recruitment- Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding
- Create JDs, KPI frameworks, and reporting structures
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave tracking, and compliance documentation
- Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and HR coordination
Finance Operations & Business Coordination- Manage finance and operations coordination across teams
- Track collections, reconciliation, pending payments, and transaction accuracy
- Coordinate with accounts, ops, sales, and field teams
- Support customer financing, subsidy workflows, approvals, and disbursement tracking
MIS, Dashboards & Review Systems- Build and maintain:
- Daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Revenue dashboards
- KPI trackers
- Collection and utilization reports
- Recruitment and business-performance trackers
- Track:
- Revenue movement
- First calls and conversions
- Team productivity
- Funnel metrics and operational performance
- Conduct regular review tracking with teams and managers
- Identify delays, leakages, and operational inefficiencies
Cost Optimization & Process Discipline- Monitor operational costs, travel expenses, vendor spends, and utilization
- Support leadership in identifying efficiency and revenue levers
- Improve reporting systems, approval workflows, and operational discipline
- Coordinate with finance and ops teams on optimization initiatives
Founder’s Office & Admin Support- Work closely with leadership on execution tracking and follow-through
- Build structured trackers, dashboards, and review mechanisms
- Coordinate across HR, finance, ops, sales, and marketing teams
- Support SOP creation, compliance tracking, travel coordination, vendor management, and operational follow-ups
Key Deliverables / KPIs- Hiring turnaround time and onboarding efficiency
- Accuracy and consistency of MIS and dashboards
- Revenue, collection, and funnel visibility across teams
- Reconciliation accuracy and reporting discipline
- KPI implementation and review effectiveness
- Reduction in operational delays and reporting gaps
- Cost optimization and process-efficiency improvements
