Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage daily coordination with walkers, drivers, and handlers
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and task completion
- Ensure smooth execution of services (dog walking, pet taxi, etc.)
- Handle internal communication between team members
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Track performance and maintain employee records
- Solve on-ground operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Support the founder in daily decision-making and operations
