What This Role Is This is not an internship in the traditional sense. You will work directly with the founders on live problems across customer support, growth, and operations. The expectation is simple: take ownership, solve, and close. No shadowing. No busywork. No “learning for the sake of learning.” What You’ll Do Handle customer conversations (calls, chats, emails) → Resolve issues → Extract product insights → Identify revenue opportunities Identify recurring problems and eliminate root causes Run growth experiments → Improve onboarding and activation → Execute outreach campaigns Spot and fix operational gaps across teams Execute high-priority tasks directly with founders Own problems end-to-end. No handoffs. No reminders needed.
