Job details:
Work directly with the founders on core growth initiatives spanning revenue generation and brand building. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role covering outbound sales execution, founder-led deal support, social media & content amplification, and strategic experiments designed to give real exposure to how an early-stage tech company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound sales workflows: prospecting, lead research, follow-ups
- Assist founders in sales calls, proposals, and client communication
- Research target markets, ICPs, and competitors
- Brainstorm and execute viral social media campaigns.
- Help with sales decks, outreach messages, and growth experiments
Role Structure:
This role operates across two growth tracks within the Founder’s Office:
- Revenue Execution: outbound sales, deal support, pipeline intelligence
- Brand & Demand: Social media, content distribution, founder amplification
Your primary track will be defined early based on strengths, while maintaining cross-exposure to both.
