This role exists to help the founder think, decide, and execute better.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, brand, and people.
You are not here to “assist”. You are here to observe deeply, connect dots, and push execution forward.
This role is for someone who wants to learn how a purpose-led consumer brand is built from the ground up—with clarity, discipline, and respect for craft.
It directly supports our current phase of foundational growth and market expansion.
A role where you work directly with the founder. No department. No lane. You'll move across brand, sales, operations, and strategy — wherever the work needs doing. This is not a structured training programme. It's a real job with real stakes from day one.
What you will work on
1. Operations support & direction tracking
- Break down founder-level priorities into clear action points
- Track progress across supply chain, sales, brand, and data systems
- Prepare short briefs, summaries, and decision notes for reviews
- Maintain clarity on what matters this week vs what doesn’t
2. Cross-functional coordination
- Follow up with internal teams on execution timelines
- Identify gaps, delays, or misalignment early
- Help the founder ensure strategies are actually implemented, not just discussed
3. Data & reporting support
- Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance snapshots
- Help organise dashboards, MIS reports, and internal documentation
- Ensure numbers, narratives, and reality match
4. Founder support (high-trust work)
- Join key meetings when required and capture decisions clearly
- Help structure thoughts, presentations, and internal communication
- Act as a thinking partner, not a note-taker
