Founder's Office Intern – Growth & Strategy | Rancho Labs Location: Delhi NCR (Onsite) | Duration: 3 Months | Type: Full-Time Internship

Rancho Labs is an IHFC, IIT Delhi-backed venture focused on building India's next generation of innovators through applied programs in AI, robotics, and experiential learning. Founded in 2019 by IIT Delhi alumni, the company has delivered over 1,00,000 learning hours across 30,000+ students, with established partnerships across schools, government institutions, and national skill development bodies.
This is a high-growth, early-stage environment where strategy is built, not inherited.
The Role
We are seeking one exceptional individual for a Founder's Office internship — a role designed for candidates who operate with the urgency of operators and the clarity of strategists.
You will work directly with the founding team on the company's most consequential priorities: fundraising execution, strategic growth, and 0→1 initiative delivery. This is not a support function. You will be in the room where decisions are made.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Drive high-priority founder-level initiatives across GTM, expansion strategy, and business development. Build decision-making frameworks, internal reporting infrastructure, and structured analysis to support leadership.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support an active fundraising mandate — including investor list development, pitch deck construction, financial modelling, data room preparation, and direct participation in investor conversations and follow-up management.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct structured research on edtech sector dynamics, competitive positioning, and partnership opportunities across schools, government bodies, and institutional channels.
- Outreach & Stakeholder Management: Lead high-quality outreach to investors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders. Represent the organization across VC, angel, and operator networks with professionalism and strategic intent.
Candidate Profile
We will consider candidates who demonstrate the following, without exception:
- Structured, first-principles thinking with a documented track record of execution
- Prior exposure to consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
- Strong command of financial modelling, investor communication, and strategic frameworks
- High ownership orientation, you do not wait to be directed
- Ability to operate with clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
