Founder’s Office Intern, OneStepGreener
OneStepGreener is looking for a high-agency Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the co-founder on high-priority business, strategy, and execution initiatives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to how a sustainability and waste management company is built, operated, sold, and scaled. You will work closely with the founder across sales, marketing, proposals, internal strategy, business development, and day-to-day execution.
SITPEND IS: 45K INR +
What you will work on:
You will support the founder on a wide range of high-value projects, including:
- Sales and marketing initiatives
- Creating business proposals and pitch materials
- Attending sales calls, client meetings, and business development conversations
- Supporting internal strategy and operational planning
- Building tools, trackers, and systems to improve execution
- Assisting with day-to-day founder-level tasks and priorities
- Joining the founder at expos, exhibitions, talks, conferences, and industry events
This is not a typical internship where you are given isolated tasks. You will be involved in live business discussions, client-facing work, strategic decisions, and execution-heavy projects.
