We are now looking for a Founder’s Office Intern who is curious about AI, eager to learn fast, and excited to work closely with the founding team on high impact projects across strategy, marketing, and operations.
Role Overview
As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team to support strategic initiatives, research projects, client preparation, and creative content creation.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn how a fast growing AI startup operates from the inside.
You will gain exposure to business strategy, AI tools, market research, sales preparation, and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Founder Support & Strategic Assistance
- Assist founders with daily strategic tasks and research
- Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and internal documents
- Help organize information and insights for investor or client discussions
- Support preparation for meetings, demos, and presentations
2. Market Research & Industry Analysis
- Research fashion and jewelry brands, e commerce companies, and emerging market trends
- Gather insights on competitors, industry developments, and new technologies
- Build simple reports and summaries for leadership decision making
3. Client & Account Insights
- Collect and organize key information about prospective and existing clients
- Prepare background research before sales or partnership meetings
- Help maintain internal documentation related to clients and projects
4. AI Content & Video Creation
- Assist in creating short videos, animations, and visual content using AI tools
- Help produce marketing or demo content for campaigns and presentations
- Experiment with emerging AI tools for content generation
5. Cross Functional Project Support
- Work with different teams including marketing, sales, and product
- Assist in executing small projects that support business growth
- Help streamline processes using AI tools and automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and workflows
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Ability to research, summarize, and present information clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
Bonus Skills
- Experience using AI tools for content or productivity
- Basic understanding of video editing or animation tools
- Interest in startups, technology, or the fashion industry
- Experience creating presentations or pitch decks
