Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Founders Office role located in Hyderabad. The role involves working closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and contribute to business growth. Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis, managing communications, overseeing project timelines, preparing key presentations, and supporting decision-making processes. The role serves as a dynamic opportunity to engage in various facets of the organization, offering exposure to diverse business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills for data analysis and market insights
- Proficiency in project coordination, strategic planning, and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations and reports
- Problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
- Experience in an operational, consulting, or strategy role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or any related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
