We are hiring a Founder’s Office Intern.
Looking for someone who is looking to be part of the team and get exposure to business, branding, marketing, sales, creative production, and startup execution.
Location: Chennai
Work type: In-office
Duration: Minimum 2 months (if good will turn to full time)
Experience: Not compulsory but preferred
Intention to Work: 100% required
Stipend: ₹20,000 per month (starting)
You will work directly with the founder while we:
- Grow the #OAS brand and establish the MOAT
- Work with real clients and follow up
- Create campaigns, ads, websites, and business systems
- Develop and test new business ideas
- Plan and participate in video shoots and photoshoots
- Review edits and help shape the final creative output
- Coordinate with designers, developers, marketers, and freelancers
This is a business process role as main, with tech and creativity like make Social promotions as additional.
This is not an internship where you sit in a corner, update spreadsheets, and wait for instructions.
You will be expected to (for the work you be given) think, contribute ideas, take ownership, and execute.
Who we are looking for
- Graduate required (minimum)
- MBA completed or pursuing (preferred but is a maybe)
- Strong communication and coordination skills(important)
- Able to think independently and solve problems but if confused should ask for mentor help
- Interested in startups, business, branding, marketing, advertising, or filmmaking (any one should be there)
- Comfortable using AI tools, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Available to work from our Chennai office
