🚀 We’re Hiring: Growth & Field Operations Interns
We’re building a new kind of mobility platform focused on one thing: reliable rides that actually complete.
To make this real, we need people who are comfortable on the ground, talking to drivers, understanding real problems, and driving adoption where it matters.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Interact with cab drivers and small fleet operators
- Understand their daily challenges (earnings, cancellations, idle time)
- Explain our platform in a simple, relatable way
- Help onboard drivers onto the app
- Build relationships that help us scale city by city
🧠Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communicators who can hold real conversations
- People comfortable working on the ground (not just behind a screen)
- Curious, observant, and quick to learn
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Experience in CDS / AFCAT / CAT prep
- Participation in MUNs, debates, NCC, NSS
- Basic understanding of how ride-hailing works
- Tamil speaking ability (big plus)
