About the role
SARC Global is a 40-year advisory firm launching a cybersecurity and data governance division. We need someone who operates as the CEO's right hand, managing the rhythm of a fast-scaling practice while building the people operations foundation from scratch. You'll be the first hire in this function, working directly with the CEO and founding team across hiring, operations, and day-to-day execution.

What you'll own
Executive Operations: Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and meeting prep across client pitches, OEM partner calls, investor discussions, and internal reviews. Convert unstructured conversations into tracked action items with owners and deadlines. Prepare briefs, presentations, and follow-up communications. Ensure the CEO's time is spent on what matters most.
Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end hiring for the cybersecurity practice, sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating multi-stakeholder interview loops, managing offers, and keeping candidates engaged through notice periods. You'll be SARC's first impression with senior cybersecurity professionals.
People Operations: Build the onboarding journey from scratch, document collection, employment agreements, first-week plans, buddy systems. Set up and manage payroll, statutory compliance (PF, TDS, Professional Tax), leave tracking, and employee records. Design engagement rituals that build founding-team culture.
Operational Backbone: Maintain hiring pipeline trackers, MIS dashboards, and team performance metrics. Coordinate with legal on employment contracts and NDAs. Manage vendor relationships for HR tools, insurance, and office operations. Handle whatever needs handling - the scope is defined by what the practice needs, not by a fixed job description.
What we need
- 2–4 years experience in an EA, HR, or operations role - preferably at a startup, consulting firm, or technology company
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research synthesis, documentation, and workflow automation - not optional
- Comfort with Excel/Sheets, and presentation tools, you should be able to build a tracker, a dashboard, or a deck without hand-holding
- Understanding of or genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity
- Organized, fast, and reliable - founding-team pace means things move daily, not weekly
- Based in Delhi-NCR with willingness to work from our Office
