Role: Founder's Office - Associate
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our growing education company as Associate - CEO’s Office. In this critical role, you will serve as the CEO's right-hand person, providing strategic counsel, managing priorities, and driving key initiatives across the organization. You will be a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and facilitator, ensuring the CEO remains focused on high-impact activities.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the CEO office to develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term goals.
Project Management: Oversee and lead key strategic initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the CEO office, executive team, and other key stakeholders.
Information Management: Gather and synthesise critical information from across the organization to inform the CEO's decision-making.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address operational and strategic challenges proactively, presenting solutions and recommendations.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the CEO and the company.
Qualifications:
- Looking for a self driven person with 0 to 1 year experience, with good academic background (or something else that stands out to compensate for a lack of it).
- Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- A passion for data analysis and decision making, and a strong desire to contribute to the company's mission.
