JOB DESCRIPTIONRole: Founder's Office – Operator / Builder
Location: Fully Remote

Reporting to: Leadership Team – Lawsikho & Portfolio Businesses
About the Role
This is not a traditional Founder's Office role built around decks and meetings. We're looking for an operator, builder, problem-solver, and execution machine who works directly with leadership across Lawsikho and our portfolio of education businesses to identify opportunities, solve problems, build systems, and drive execution end to end.
One week you might be designing AI workflows and automations. The next, managing a product launch, improving a content engine, analyzing business metrics, coordinating with developers, or fixing an operational bottleneck. If you enjoy learning fast, taking ownership, and figuring things out, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage AI-powered workflows and automations
- Drive projects from idea to execution with minimal supervision
- Work across product, technology, content, and operations teams
- Coordinate with developers, designers, marketers, and business stakeholders
- Create systems, dashboards, and processes that improve efficiency
- Research new opportunities and solve business problems
- Analyze data and convert insights into action
- Help launch and scale new initiatives
- Use AI tools to increase productivity across teams
Who You Are
- A natural problem-solver who is resourceful and learns quickly
- Able to move from strategy to execution without waiting for instructions
- Comfortable using AI tools extensively in day-to-day work
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Curious about technology, startups, business, and education
- Someone who prefers ownership over micromanagement
Non-Negotiables (Must Have)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Founder's Office and/or project management role
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools — Claude Code (strongly preferred), plus Replit, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, or Notion
