As a Founder’s office joining the startup during its scale up phase, you would have a significant influence in defining the structure and processes for the functions. You would get to work closely with the founders who've been part of the leadership teams of companies like Curefit, Ola, Inmobi, Livspace, etc., and work on a variety of problems across the stack.
About the role:
We’re looking for someone to work closely with the founders and manage the day-to-day operations of the company across multiple functions.
This role is focused on ensuring things run smoothly across finance, people, compliance, and internal processes. It is suited for someone who can take ownership, handle responsibility across areas, and keep things moving without constant direction.
The scope is not fixed and will evolve based on company needs.
What You’ll Work On:
Finance & Operations
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial tracking
- Maintaining MIS and supporting reporting requirements
- Handling vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Coordinating with external partners (CA, vendors, etc.)
- Supporting corporate banking and related processes
People & Hiring
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Coordinating interviews and stakeholder communication
- Handling onboarding processes and documentation
- Supporting appraisal cycles and internal HR processes
Compliance & Administration
- Supporting compliance-related requirements and documentation
- Assisting with operational processes such as imports/exports where relevant
- Ensuring internal processes are structured and maintained
- Handling day-to-day administrative and operational needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in HR, accounting, finance, or a similar operational role
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
- Comfort working in unstructured, fast-moving environments
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Willingness to take on tasks beyond defined roles
You do not need prior experience in all the areas mentioned above. The role is designed for someone who can learn quickly and handle diverse responsibilities.
