About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic early-stage journey for a premium beauty start up. As an early member, you will be part of the founding team and directly work with the Founders. This is a high ownership role, that will require multitasking and regular context switching.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Thane. The role will involve assisting the founders in day-to-day operations, strategic project execution, research & analysis to support decision-making processes and handling e com operations. The candidate will work collaboratively across teams to align with the brand’s objectives and contribute to setting up and scaling the business. This role will require adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Work closely with the Founders to contribute to and execute the company's strategic vision and initiatives.
- End to end ecom Operations : Ensuring end to end smooth e-commerce operations by coordinating with vendors, managing warehouse and dispatch activities, overseeing third-party manufacturing operations, and smooth material flow across the supply chain, monitoring inventory levels and stock movement planning, maintaining accurate operational records and reports and supporting logistics coordination to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Project Management: Hold the fort on key projects that need attention, ensuring successful delivery of key business objectives
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, team members, vendors, marketplace partners etc.
- Executive Support: Work closely with the Founder to provide strategic insights, and prepare materials for executive meetings, fundraising, etc.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years working with D2C brands, experience with lifestyle/ beauty brands and operations experience preferred
- High ownership and an ability to multi task and problem-solve independently, with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, presentations, and data visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a relevant field.

Work Mode & Location
This is a full-time on site role based in Wagle Estate, Thane (near Mumbai) with 6 days working (with option of work from home on Saturday). Frequent travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai as needed. Please only apply if this works for you.
