ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role sitting directly with the Founder(s) or Business Unit Head. You will work across functions, drive strategic and operational priorities, and act as a force multiplier for leadership. It's a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants a front-row seat to how a company is built.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work directly with the Founder(s) to drive strategic and operational priorities
- Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects across growth, sales, marketing, and product
- Analyse business metrics, pipeline data, and performance reports to support key decisions
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and revenue growth
- Prepare board presentations, investor updates, and internal business reports
- Improve processes and drive operational efficiency across teams
- Manage stakeholder communication, follow-ups, and coordination across internal and external teams
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, business operations, or a SaaS company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently
- Comfortable operating across functions with no fixed playbook
- Exposure to GTM strategy, growth marketing, or revenue operations is a plus
- MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required
