Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Founders Office, located in India. The role involves supporting the founders in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include conducting research, preparing presentations, managing critical operations, facilitating communication, and assisting in business decision-making processes. As a member of the Founders Office, you will gain exposure across multiple domains and play a pivotal role in driving organizational initiatives and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret business insights
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in tools and software, including MS Office and data visualization platforms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments is a plus
- A genuine passion for science and education
