This is a high-ownership role where you will work directly with leadership to turn strategic exploration into real-world execution.
📍 Location: Bangalore, India (On-site, Full-Time)
💼 Experience Needed: 0-2 years (startup, consulting, ops, strategy, or high-ownership roles)
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Growth: Design and launch new service lines and build strategic outlooks across target sectors.
- Data Analysis: Dive deep into market signals like hiring demand shifts and analyze internal pipeline health to guide decisions.
- Execution Ownership: Drive growth and accountability across multiple functions, owning initiatives entirely from end-to-end.
- Tech & AI Enablement: Identify the right AI tools to improve operational speed and build lightweight workflow automations.
