We combine science, smart delivery systems, and sharp brand thinking to create skincare designed for Indian skin in the 30s and 40s.

We’re looking for someone who wants to sit at the center of the company.
Someone who wants to learn how a brand is actually built — across product, marketing, operations, and growth.
This is not a support role.
This is a high-ownership, high-context role for someone who wants to think like a founder.
What You’ll Do
1. Founder Leverage
Work directly with the founders on high-priority initiatives.
Take ownership of projects across functions and drive them to completion.
Act as a force multiplier — turning ideas into execution.
2. Business & Growth Projects
Work on growth experiments across:
- Performance marketing
- Retention & CRM
- Website & conversion optimization
Analyze data, identify opportunities, and help implement solutions.
3. Brand & Marketing Strategy
Support in shaping how Numour communicates:
- Positioning & messaging
- Campaign ideation
- Launch strategies
Work closely with design and marketing to ensure sharp, consistent output.
4. Product & GTM Support
Assist in:
- New product launches
- Market research & consumer insights
- Competitive benchmarking
Help translate insights into actionable product and marketing decisions.
5. Operations & Execution
Own cross-functional execution:
- Coordinate between teams (design, performance, ops, vendors)
- Track timelines and ensure projects move fast
- Solve problems as they arise
6. Special Projects
From fixing conversion funnels to improving packaging workflows —
you’ll work on whatever moves the business forward.
Must-Haves
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- High ownership mindset
- Ability to execute fast without constant direction
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Comfort working with ambiguity
Good to Have
- Exposure to D2C brands or consumer startups
- Basic understanding of marketing, product, or analytics
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Excel, or analytics dashboards
