Position: Internal Founders Office
Location: Worli, Mumbai
About the Company:
We are a rapidly growing company with a diverse portfolio of products and services. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as part of our Internal Founders Office. This role will be a duplicate of the founder and will work closely with the leadership team across all our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a duplicate of the founder, representing their vision and values in all aspects of the business
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment and execution of the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee multiple projects and initiatives across different products and services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries and markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Hustler mentality with a hunger for success and growth
- Must be able to work in person at our office in Worli, Mumbai
